Call and email your Senators and tell them to Reign in ICE Now!
Funding for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) runs out on January 30.
On January 20, the House passed a 2026 appropriations bill that would increase ICE funding even more than the 2025 so-called Big Beautiful Bill. We need the Senate to reject this bill.
No more tax payer dollars going toward state-sanctioned brutality.

We're so glad you found us.
We have work to do, together.
Indivisible Nebraska is fueled by our vision of a vibrant democracy – of, for, and by the people – where equity, justice, and freedom are not ideals, but everyday realities. We envision a future where every person has real power to shape their community and Nebraska’s elected leaders honor our Second House: the people.
As authoritarian creep evolves into full-blown fascism, Trump and the right-wing are counting on political division and gaslighting to make us believe we are alone and over-reacting. But their attacks on individual liberties, civil rights, free speech, and democracy are real.
In Nebraska, our Republican representatives no longer listen to their constituents and, instead, impose their own agendas and override the will of the voters at every turn.
If we know one thing, it's that no one is coming to save us. It's up to us and the only way forward is to reclaim our collective constituent power and remind our elected representatives that they work for us – not for Trump and not for Governor Pillen.
Collective action, local engagement, and leadership from regular people are the most powerful and effective tools we have to protect our families, neighbors, and democracy.
Each of us has a role to play in this fight. Join us to find yours.
